The provisions of Section 921.010.C. of this ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />H. Massage Therapy as a principal or accessory use, provided that: <br />1. The business receives an appropriate license from the City of Little Canada, <br />and complies with all the requirements of that license. <br />2. All therapists are licensed in accordance with the requirements of the <br />Municipal Code. <br />3. The City reserves the right to review the conditional use permit at any time, <br />and may add conditions deemed appropriate by the City Council to ensure <br />compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, City Codes, and applicable <br />regulations. <br />912.050.
