(Section 205.082(D)(2)) <br />Accessory structures, whether attached or detached, must be setback a minimum of 5 feet <br />from a side lot line, unless the lot is a comer lot, as above. (Section 205.082(D)(5)(b)) <br />Accessory structures include garages (attached or detached), decks, patios, etc. <br />Thus, a new or remodeled house and attached garage can be constructed with a minimum <br />side setback of 10 feet for the living space and 5 feet for the garage.
