Hanson <br />Staff met with Valor Enterprises today to discuss their auto retail and repair license renewal. <br />They have indicated their intent to cooperate with us in bringing this property into compliance <br />with the original site plan. However, given the current condition of the property they are <br />requesting they be given 60 days to bring this property into compliance. Staff would in turn <br />issue them both a retail sales and repair license good for the 60 days. Further licenses would be <br />contingent on this property being in full compliance with the original CUP (The City Attorney <br />should comment on our ability to do this.). <br />Due to the Council's past direction, any request for an extension of time should be approved by <br />you. As it stands today, staff has informed Valor that no extension is to be granted unless <br />approved by the City Council. <br />Cc: Fred Sedaghat, Valor Enterprises <br />
