'There seems no reason why the claimant couldn't sue <br />the individual who actually served or sold the beer, in addition to suing the licensee. <br />Suggested Rules <br />Allowed Hours of Alcohol Sales: <br />Friday 5:00 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. <br />Saturday 11:00 am. through 11:00 p.m. <br />Sunday Noon through 5:00 p.m. <br />No sales after the ending times noted for each day. <br />2. ID's must be checked for all alcohol purchases where there is any possibility that the <br />purchaser is under age 21. <br />3. A system needs to he utilized to ensure that underaged drinking does not occur, i.e. <br />wristbands for those consuming alcoholic beverages. The goal here is to ensure that not <br />only are underage purchases prevented, but also that legal purchasers do not provide <br />alcoholic beverages to underage attendees after the sale was consummated. <br />4. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold by the tray. A limit on the number of beverages <br />purchased by one individual needs to occur to help ensure the situation outlined in #3 is <br />not occurring. <br />While no one wants to restrict people from having a good time, the City needs to ensure that <br />liquor sales occur in a responsible manner. One had situation will destroy the fun for everyone <br />with impacts that will affect the City, your organization, and possibly individual members. <br />Your cooperation in complying with the suggested rules will be appreciated. <br />11 <br />
