A committee consisting of Council Members Keis and <br />Montour, as well as the City Administrator, will he meeting with representatives of <br />LCRA prior to the Council meeting to discuss liquor rules for LCRA's 2012 Canadian <br />Days Tournament. They will likely have a recommendation at Monday's meeting. <br />For your information, attached is the following: <br />e Letter from LCRA detailing the liquor rules they would follow for the 2011 <br />Canadian Days Celebration; <br />o Suggested rules that the City drafted for the 2010 Canadian Days Celebration; <br />e Canadian Days Committee Beer Garden Policies; <br />o Letter from L,MCIT dated May 26, 2011. <br />Aside from the issue of liquor rules, application materials for the above Temporary <br />Liquor Licenses are in order and adequate Liquor Liability Insurance Certificates have <br />been submitted. <br />1 <br />
