The Planning
Commission recommended approval of this amendment.
The City Planner noted that the City recently clarified public uses in the
Public and PUD Districts, and found that the same clarification was
needed in other Zoning Districts. This amendment would clarify some
confusing language making it clear that public uses relate to items such as
public - regulated utility buildings.
There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on
this matter.
Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was
closed.
LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -5 -109 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTERS 905, 910, 913, 913 -A, 914 -A, AND 918 OF
THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, 13Y PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
STRUCTURES
18
