Adelman Accessory Building CUP <br />b. Hidden Acres Final Plat <br />c. Gervais Hills Preliminary Plat <br />d. Rustad /Rossez Subdivsion <br />We did not receive new information regarding the Precision Tree PUD request, and as <br />such, did not provide a new report at this time. <br />The Comprehensive Sign Plan requests for both The Lodge and District Council 82 are <br />within the requirements of the zoning ordinance and past approvals. We will have a verbal <br />report prepared for the Planning Commission meeting. <br />There are also three text amendments on the agenda. These are additional <br />"housekeeping" terns for which we will have text prepared for your meeting on Thursday. I <br />am e- mailing copies of the reports at this time, and am also sending hard copies via <br />regular mail. <br />
