City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 903.110 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR A PROCESS <br />FOR REVIEW OF COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLANS IN THE —PUD", PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.110.E.6 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />b. Comprehensive Sign Plans in the PUD District shall be <br />processed as a part of the PUD Development Stage application. In <br />the alternative, an applicant in the PUD District may request a <br />separate Conditional Use Permit for a Comprehensive Sign Plan at <br />a later time, but prior to the display of any permanent business <br />signage on the property. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
