City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 917.030 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 917.030.D is hereby amended to add the following: <br />D. Setback from public street' <br />Abutting federal, state <br />or county trunk highway 50 feet 50 feet 50 feet <br />Abutting town road or <br />public street <br />-G30 feet 2830 feet 2 -830 feet <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
