H. Conflict of Interest. Tokle agrees to immediately advise the City Administrator of <br />possible contractual conflicts of interest in representing the City as well as property <br />owners or developers on the same project. A continuing conflict of interest shall be <br />grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement. <br />I. Additional Work or Studies.
