Within I -P districts, the amount of outside storage <br />on a property may not exceed 75 percent of the building floor area or 25 percent of the <br />lot area whichever is less. The applicant is proposing to exceed the 75 percent building <br />size threshold by a significant degree. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Conditional Use Permit. According to ordinance, the following requirements are <br />required of outdoor storage areas within t -P districts: <br />1. The storage area occupy no more than 75 percent of the building square footage <br />or 25 percent of the lot area whichever is less. <br />2. The area is screened from neighboring residential uses. <br />
