MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2004 <br />Anderson asked about landscaping. The Planner pointed out that one of <br />his recommendations is that a landscape plan be submitted and approved <br />for the site. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -2 -29 — APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br />AND FINAL PLAT, DEVELOPMENT AND FINAL STAGE PUD, <br />AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW FOR THE LITTLE CANADA <br />OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS REVISION #3 SUBMITTED BY <br />MENDOTA HOMES SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER, THE CITY <br />ENGINEER, THE PLANNING COMMISSION AS WELL AS <br />SUBJECT TO DEED RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS BEING <br />PUT IN PLACE TO RESTRICT THE BASEMENT SPACE TO <br />STORAGE SPACE ONLY, SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL <br />ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FACTORS ON THE REAR <br />ELEVATION, SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION OFA REVISED PLAN <br />THAT ADDS ADDITIONAL GREEN SPACE, SUBJECT TO REVIEW <br />AND APPROVAL OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY, <br />AND SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION FOR <br />MIDDLE STREET AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />DIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (2) Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />VARIANCE Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has table action on the <br />AND CUP — request for Variance to allow additional outdoor storage and an <br />PRECISION Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to modify the site plan to reflect <br />TREE additional outdoor storage as well as accessory structure for wood burning <br />heating system. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -2 -30 — CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE VARIANCE AND AMENDMENT TO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRECISION TREE PENDING A <br />RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, Anderson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
