MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 13, 2008 <br />The City Administrator indicated that once the moratorium is lifted, the <br />City can begin processing Conditional Use Permits. The Administrator <br />stated that dealing with off-site storage issues will be a challenge, but staff <br />will work with On-Site to review the options. <br />The City Planner noted that cun•ently outdoor storage is an accessory use; <br />that provision of the Code is not being changed. <br />Mrs. Holm stated it was her understanding that the City's intent is to make <br />things neat and clean, not to put companies out of business. Blesener <br />stated that it was not the City's intent to put people out of business, but he <br />could not make the assurance that this would not happen.
