As I mentioned at our last Commission <br />meeting, I am a little hesitant about applying for another three year term since I can see the <br />definite possibility of my having to drop out before the completion of the terns for reasons all <br />related to the problems of getting older. But there are some things, for instance, the link -up of <br />our power line trail with the Maplewood trail, that I would like to see completed. <br />Therefore, I would like to apply for re- appointment, and if it would work out, I would prefer an <br />appointment to the vacant one -year term. if appointed to a three -year term, I will make every <br />effort to complete the term, but the possibility of having to resign before completion remains. <br />Yours truly, <br />James Broten <br />
