Construction shall be in accordance with the plans submitted to the District as part of the record for this <br />project. <br />2. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities shall be installed and maintained to conform with the <br />standards specified in the RAMSEY COUNTY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL HANDBOOK. <br />3. The site soil erosion and sediment control facilities for rough grading phase of the project must be installed <br />prior to any site grading operation. The District's Technician must be notified once these facilities are <br />installed. Grading operation shall not begin until the District Technician approves the installed facilities, <br />4. All grading operations shall be conducted in a manner to minimize the potential for site erosion. <br />i. In areas where concentrated flows occur (such as swales and areas in front of storm catch basins and <br />intakes) the erosion control facilities shall be backed by a stabilization structure to protect those facilities <br />from the concentrated flows. The stabilization structures, such as snow fence, shall be approved by the <br />District Technician. <br />6. Any damaged silt fence or other erosion control facility shall be restored to their originally installed condition <br />daily. <br />7. All areas disturbed during construction shall be restored as soon as possible. Any areas that have been <br />finish graded and areas that have been disturbed, but have no active grading, shall be seeded and mulched <br />within 14 days. All mulch material shall be disced into the soil in a direction perpendicular to the stcrmwater <br />flow over such areas. Slopes 3:1 or steeper must be either seeded and covered with an erosion blanket <br />product or mulched with a tackifying agent rather than discing the mulch. <br />
