04 -44 <br />Special Provisions <br />1. A phasing plan of the grading shall be submitted to the District. All ponds and slopes <br />leading to the ponds and swales shall be graded first and then seeded and covered within 24 <br />hours from final grading. <br />2. The ponds shall be graded to drain at all times throughout the phases of construction. If the <br />pipes between the ponds will not be installed during grading of the ponds, a swale shall be <br />shown between them to drain one from the other. <br />3. The erosion and sediment control plan shall show various phases of construction and the <br />various BMPs that will be used with each phase. <br />4. The erosion and sediment control plan shall show the use of a rock berm and silt fence or an <br />equivalent on the upstream side of the pipes the outlet under County Road B2. <br />5. The erosion and sediment control plan shall show the use of flotation silt fence or an <br />equivalent on the downstream side of the pipes that outlet under County Road B2. <br />6. Catch basin locations shall call out the need for inlet protection after placement of storm <br />sewer structures. A detail of the chosen method of inlet protection shall be added to the <br />plans. <br />
