Currently there is a 15 -foot trail easement on the <br />property that was acquired for a pedestrian walk around the pond. In an effort to simplify the <br />process, the Developer has requested that the existing 15 -foot trail easement on their property <br />be vacated. They will in turn grant the same 15 -foot trail easement with a new description tied <br />to the revised plat. The Developer will also be granting an additional 8 -foot wide strip for street <br />right -of -way along Middle Street.
