The area for the Phase II development is currently a portion of Outlot A on the <br />approved plat. <br />At the time of the first plat the Developer had submitted a site plan that included all three phases <br />of the development. However, the first platting included the second and third phases of the <br />development as Outlot A. Outlot A is entirely covered by a drainage and utility easement.
