To date the Contractor has earned <br />$1,097,801.57. Subtracting previous payments of $947,676.74 and retainage of $54,890.08 the <br />amount due the Contractor is $95,234.75. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for work completed in the Twin Lake area including <br />watermain services, class 5 aggregate base placement, a portion of the paving, and concrete <br />curb and gutter. We have inspected the work preformed by Frattalone and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
