Nov 15 U4 06:38p Janel Russe <br />651- 771 -5635 p.2 <br />November 15, 2004 <br />To: Steve Grittman and the City Planning Commission of Little Canada. <br />From: Jane' Russell & Jake Fuhrman <br />File number 758.09 - 04.33 <br />This letter is in response to the memorandum dated November 11'", from Stephen <br />Grittman, regarding our application for a PUD permit for The Market Square Town <br />Offices. <br />After reviewing the letter, we are pleased with the recommendations made by Stephen <br />Grittman. Having said that, we are seeking clarification of the recommendation for the <br />city to reserve the ability to review the permit. <br />o What will be the basis for a review? <br />o How often would such a review take place? <br />o Are we allowed to participate with a review? <br />o Since we are purchasing and not leasing the building, what action would be <br />taken if at some time the city determines we are not in compliance with the <br />requested conditions? What are our options? <br />We take no issue with the restriction of signage, we will maintain a by appointment -only <br />business, the only condition we wish clarified is listed above.
