To date the Contractor has earned $112,560.00. <br />Subtracting retainage of $5,628.00 the amount due the Contractor is $106,932.00. <br />This pay estimate includes ail work has been completed to date excluding the final restoration <br />and painting of the structure. The storm shelter is functional as completed to date and these <br />remaining items will need to be completed in the spring when weather permits. We have <br />inspected the work preformed by Specialty Construction Services, Inc and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
