Incident Report <br />Ramsey County Sheriffs Department <br />04022614 <br />Printed: 08/23/04 02:19 PM <br />Narrative <br />1 <br />On Saturday, August 21, 2004, at 6:00 PM, female 19 year old buyer LJR entered <br />2 <br />3 <br />Moon Bay Liquor and purchased a six pack of Bacardi Silver bottles for $8.06 <br />without showing any ID. <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />Deputy Tom Johnson entered the business with the Bacardi and the change from the <br />transaction. Deputy Johnson introduced himself with badge and photo ID while <br />7 telling the male cashier that LJR was a 19 year old buyer and asked why he sold <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />to her without asking for any ID. The cashier initially said he did ask for ID <br />but Deputy Johnson told him that her only ID showing that she was only 19 years <br />old was in the car in the parking lot. <br />Deputy Johnson said the cashier was cooperative but frustrated and ID'd himself <br />as Neng Yang with a Wisconsin photo ID and said he was the new owner of the <br />business. Deputy Johnson explained the formal complaint process while writing <br />down Mr Yang's personal information. <br />A photocopy of a Polaroid photo of 19 year old buyer LJR is attached to this <br />report. <br />Report forwarded to the Little Canada City Attorney for Gross Misdemeanor <br />charges. <br />Reporting Officer: Deputy K.
