Hanson
I am the City of Little Canada representative on Mn/Dot's Technical Advisor Committee for the
I -694 East to West Project. This project is looking at capacity problems and inconsistent lane
geometry and weaving issues along 1-694 between I -35W and I -35E.
The Rice Street Bridge over 1-694 is one of the interchanges that this project is analyzing that
will impact the City of Little Canada. For your information, the flyover bridge connecting Twin
Lake Blvd. to Country Drive has been eliminated from the Rice Street Interchange concept. Mr.
Mark Lindeberg, Mn/Dot's Project Manager for this project, will be at the City of Little Canada
Council Meeting to give a short presentation on the preliminary Rice Street Interchange concept.
n:AGregSVCorral
clenceARice Street Ilila
2epheemen Bloc
