• Added a provision that gives the Watershed the right to approve (or reject) the
appraised value generated by our appraiser. They want this provision due to their
project budget. If they reject the price, we can still negotiate or simply end the deal.
• Clarified the public input process by adding two neighborhood meetings to be hosted
by the Parks & Recreation Commission. The first will be early in the design process
to enable the architect to gamer the input of our community prior to designing the
building. The second will occur near final design to give our people one more look
before the project goes to bid. There will also be a public hearing for a CUP as
required by the "P" district requirements. We will have completed plans at this point
for our review.
• Added a provision that a building permit needs to be obtained before we close to
ensure there are no last minute issues.
Subject to final review by the Watershed, I would recommend approval as presented.
-2-
