MINT TES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2001 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2001 -2 -49 — DENYING THE YARIANCE FOR <br />AMOUNT OF 0 UTDOOR STORAGE ALLOWED IN THE I -P DISTRICT <br />FOR PROPERTY AT SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. AS REQUESTED BY MR. <br />LAWRENCE GROHOLSKL PRECISION TREE, BASED ON THn FACT <br />THAT THERE IS NO HARDSHIP PRESENT TO WARRANT THE <br />GRANTING OF THIS VARIANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Montour, Anderson, LaVaile. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaVaile introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-2-50 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE I -P <br />DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY ON SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. FOR MR <br />LAWRENCE GROHOLSKI, PRECISION TREE, SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AND THE CITY ENGINEER AS WELL 148 tJMENDIvIENT OF <br />THE SITE PLAN TO REFLECT THE INCREASE IN OUTDOOR <br />STORAGEARE,4 UP TO THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY CODE, AND <br />SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY REVIEW BY THE B UILDIVG <br />INSPECTOR TO ENSURE THAT THE BUILDING MEETS ALL <br />ORDINANCE STANDARDS INCLUDING BUILDING NYL4TERLALS 48 <br />WELL AS PARKING REO UIREYIENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaVaile, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Scalze requested that 2001 Parks and Recreation Program fees be removed <br />AGENDA from the agenda pending a recommendation from the Parks & Recreation <br />Commission. <br />Ivfr.
