PAUL, MINNESOTA 55101 <br />(651) 602 -1000 <br />Easement Acquisition <br />Interceptor I -VH -422 Improvements <br />MCES Project Number 809013 <br />MCES Parcel Number 1 <br />STATEMENT OF RIGHTS AND JUST COMPENSATION <br />Please be advised that the Metropolitan Council wishes to acquire an easernent over <br />certain real property owned by you for the construction of sewage facilities. The acquisition is <br />subject to and must be made in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real <br />Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, under which you have a right to an appraisal as <br />provided in Minnesota Statutes, of the property or interest therein to be acquired, and to an offer <br />of compensation therefore of the appraised value. <br />The undersigned, being the owner(s) of the real property hereinafter described, hereby <br />acknowledge pursuant to the Regulations and Procedures for Implementation of the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 that: <br />1. The real property or interest therein being acquired by the Metropolitan Council is <br />described as follows: <br />(See Attached Exhibit A) <br />2. No separately held interest in the real property is being acquired in whole or part. <br />3. The following buildings, structures and other improvements are a part of the real <br />property or interest therein described above for which the offer of just compensation is made: <br />None . <br />-7 <br />- <br />
