MCES EASEMENT ACQUISITION DESCRIPTION SRF No. 0045134 SEPTEMBER 02, 2004 PARCEL 11 PERPETUAL EASEMENT A A perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under, across and through that part of the North 15.0 feet of Lot 18, NADEAU ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof lying westerly of the westerly right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 35E. PERPETUAL EASEMENT B A perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under, across and through the North 15.0 feet of Lot E, said NADEAU ADDITION. PERPETUAL EASEMENT C A perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes over, under, across and through that part of the West 15.0 feet of said Lot E lying southerly of the North 15.0 feet thereof and lying northerly of a line parallel with and distant 35.0 feet northerly of the following described "Line A ". "Line A" is described as commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 64, VADNAIS LAKE VILLAS, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence easterly along the south line of said Lot 64 a distance of 821.08 feet; thence northerly deflecting to the left 86 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds a distance of 416.99 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southerly along last said course 16.11 feet; thence southeasterly along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 346.62 feet, a central angle of 60 degrees for a distance of 362.98 feet; thence southeasterly tangent to said curve 243.85 feet; thence southeasterly along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 381.68 feet, a central angle of 55 degrees, 18 minutes 30 seconds for a distance of 368.44 feet; thence southerly tangent to said curve 424.73 feet and there terminating. TEMPORARY EASEMENT A A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, across and through and that part of the South 20.0 feet of the North 35.0 feet of said Lot 18 lying westerly of the westerly right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 35E. 9
