21. <br />77 <br />Persons requesting rental space must be over 21 years of age. <br />The Renter is responsible for picking up the key for the Old Fire Hall from the <br />City Center during normal working hours prior to the use of the building. For <br />weekend rentals, the Renter must pick up the key no later than 4 p.m. on the <br />Friday preceeding the rental. Failure by the Renter to pick up the key as <br />described above will result in an additional fee and may result in cancellation of <br />the rental agreement with no resulting refund of rental fee. <br />23. There will be no rental activity between the hours of 2 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. <br />BUILDING CAPACITY <br />The City of Little Canada has limited the rental capacity of people in the lower level of <br />the Old Fire Hall to 75 persons. <br />PARKING <br />There are limited on -site parking spaces at the Old Fire Hall. Vehicles using on -site <br />parking spaces should be parked in such a way as to not block the overhead doors at the <br />front of the Old Fire Hall that are signed as "no parking". If additional parking is <br />required, the municipal parking lot at the comer of Little Canada Road and McMenemy <br />Street is to be utilized. Parking in private parking lots adjacent to or in the area of the <br />Old Fire Hall is prohibited. <br />SUPERVISION <br />The group, individual, or organization using the lower level of the Old Fire Hall must <br />provide competent adult supervision for the entire time that participants are in the <br />building or on the surrounding grounds. <br />LIABILITY <br />The Renter using the Old Fire Hall shall agree to compensate the City of Little Canada <br />for all damages to facilities, equipment, or other property owned by the City, and further <br />assumes all liability for any personal injuries, including death caused by participants of <br />the scheduled event. <br />3/04 <br />- 1 0 - <br />6 <br />
