MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, 'MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />September, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The August 12, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />PROPERTY Joseph and Janel Rucci appeared before the Commission requesting <br />DIVISION — approval of the division of their property at 2167 McMenemy Street into <br />2167 two single - family lots. Janel Rucci indicated that they currently have a <br />McMENEMY buyer for their property, and that buyer is interested in the division of the <br />STREET — property. Janel Rucci indicated that she was surprised to learn of the <br />RUCCI concerns of her neighbors with regard to the property division, and was <br />not aware of the concerns related to run- offfrom their property onto the <br />neighbors' properties. Janel Rucci indicated that when their driveway was <br />first put in 10 or 12 years ago, there were some run -off issues. However, <br />they worked with the neighbor to correct the problem. No concerns <br />expressed to them after those corrections were made. <br />Keis pointed out the Planner's comments relative to a shared driveway. <br />The City Planner indicated that it would be his recommendation that the <br />
