Scope of Services
Our scope of services was Provided in general accordance with our April 20, 2004, proposal to Mr.
Jon Whitcomb with Wesley Investments Inc. Our services were provided under the terms of our
general conditions dated March 1, 2003, and were limited to:
+ Notifying Goober Stare One Call and meeting on -site with the appropriate utility vendors to
locate underground public utilities within the work area.
- Drilling four (4) penetration test borings to a depth of approximately 15 feet.
• Returning material samples to our laboratory for visual classification and evaluation by a
geotechnical engineer.
.. Preparing this Geotechnical Evaluation Report containing Log of Boring sheets, a boring
location sketch, a summary of soil and groundwater conditions encountered, and
recommendations for site grading work and the design of building foundations and street
pavements.
A.4. Documents Provided
To assist in our evaluation, Mr. Whitcomb provided us with a copy of a conceptual site plan.
Figure 1 of the Appendix is a reproduction of this plan.
A.. Boring Locations and Elevations
Figure 1 shows the approximate locations of our sod borings. Braun Intertec selected and staked
the boring locations and measured their ground surface elevations referenced to a manhole
located along the centerline of County Road B2 near the northwest corner of the site (see Figure
1). According to our discussions with City personnel, this manhole has a rim elevation of 862.4.
om,achml' enTnetvinn ,Intl ecl'i +nnmenral s,,lu lirn ;r cin re 1957
