Manson <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing to adopt a Pipeline Setback Policy that would establish a 50- <br />foot setback from the edge of pipeline easements. This policy would impact new subdivisions located <br />adjacent to pipelines and at a minimum would impact the following properties: <br />Paimen Property <br />Property ID No. 08- 29 -22 -31 -0011 <br />Property ID No. 08- 29 -22 -32 -0010 <br />Heinel Property <br />Property ID No. 05- 29 -22 -21 -0032 <br />Mackin Property <br />Property ID No. 08- 29 -22 -32 -0007 <br />Property ID No. 08- 29 -22 -32 -0008 <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request on <br />Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 9, 2002. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
