Hanson <br />With the EDA's involvement in the acquisition of a portion of The Lodge property, we need to comply with statutory <br />provisions to properly transfer this land to the developer. A public hearing is part of that process. Briggs and Morgan is <br />preparing the notices to facilitate this process. It is my assumption this hearing will need to be held at our second meeting <br />in November.
