Hanson <br />The employees at the Little Canada Bingo Hall would like to hold a spaghetti dinner fund- raiser at <br />the Old Fire Hall on Sunday, November 10 °1, for one of their co- workers who has terminal cancer. <br />They are requesting that the City waive the $100 fee associated with the rental of the Old Fire Hall. <br />It should be noted that they are anticipating a large crowd and there is limited parking capacity at the <br />Old Fire Hall. As you know the parking lot at the southeast corner of Little Canada Road and <br />McMenemy Street is the overflow parking for the Old Fire Hall. However, given that time of the <br />spaghetti dinner time from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., there will be a conflict with church parking. <br />Norm's Tires has agreed to allow parking for the dinner in their parking lot. It would be staff's <br />recommendation that signage be posted directing overflow parking to Norm's parking lot. <br />
