The <br />report outlines the work that has been completed between May 13, <br />1993, and February 16, 1994. <br />Williams Pipe Line (WPL) believes based on the information <br />presented in the report that the site meets the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency's site closure criteria and should be removed from <br />the active site remediation list. WPL requests that you review the <br />information at your earliest opportunity and approve site closure. <br />Prompt attention to this request will accomplish two goals. First, <br />the existing equipment can be used at other remediation sites, and, <br />secondly, surface restoration of the adjoining properties can be <br />completed during the summer months. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
