RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING FOR HEARING ON THUNDER BAY ROAD <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 20, 2002, 2001, a report has <br />been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Thunder Bay <br />Road (from County Road D to the south cul -de -sac) by concrete curb and gutter repairs <br />and road reconstruction, and this report was received by the Council on December 17, <br />2002, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Thunder Bay Road in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost <br />of $245,500. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 15th day of <br />January, 2003, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 8:00 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 20th day of December, 2002. <br />Joel R.
