City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.110.E OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY' PROVIDING FOR REGULATION <br />OF SIGNS IN AN R -3 ZONING DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.110 E.2. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2. —R-3", High Density Residential District and —R-4" <br />Mobile Home Park District: <br />a. No more than one (1) sign may be erected on the <br />subject property, except that in the case of <br />multiple family residential complexes with more <br />than one building, one (1) sign may be erected per <br />public street frontage. <br />b. For each property, the first sign allowed under <br />this sub - section shall be no greater than thirty <br />five (35) square feet in area, and no greater than <br />six (6) feet in height. <br />c. For complexes that are permitted to have a second <br />sign under sub - section 2.a. above, the second sign . <br />may be no greater than sixteen (16) square feet in . <br />area and six (6) square feet in height. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: NAYS: <br />Michael I.
