Hotzler indicated that it
was necessary to relocate the pylon as it was on the property for the new
Snyder's store. The sign has been moved to a location that lines up with
the relocation of Market Place Drive. That road realignment will occur in
2003.
Keis asked if there were plans to upgrade the sign. Hotzler reported that
they will be upgrading the pylon and will be matching it to the Snyders
sign, upgrading the posts and adding some brick. Knudsen suggested that
the panels be upgraded as well, noting that they were very faded. Hotzler
agreed.
Duray asked the timetable for upgrades to the sign. Hotzler indicated that
they would likely complete the upgrades in the spring.
