SECTION 1I - MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 -2 Parcels to be Removed from Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 (AS MODIFIED ON JUNE 26, 2002) The following property and all adjacent rights -of -way identified by the parcel numbers listed below are certified in Tax Lncrement Financing District No. 3 -2. These parcels are being removed from District No. 3 -2 and will be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -3.
