EXHIBIT A CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Economic Development Authority of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the "Authority "), will hold a public hearing on November 13, 2002, beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m., Central Time, in the City Hall, on the proposed sale of' certain real property by the Authority to The Lodge at Little Canada LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Developer "). It is proposed that the Authority would sell certain parcels of land, legally described below, located at 2814 Rice Street to the Developer.
