Scalze suegested that Poolside provide an access throuoh the area where the old huildings are presently located. Anderson replied that this would cost ahout t2O,000 in blacktop. Fahey stated that if the Council wanted to restrict access, it should have done so at the tine the deyelopbent plans were reviewed. they stated that the answer Hoht he to upgrade the road to 9-ton. Scalze asked if a auhlic hearing was held on the Poolside developgent. The City Clerk reported that no hearine was held as there was only a zoni ne boundary line change and no hearino was necessary. Fahey stated that when wei2ht rostrictions are posted in the Coring, Pool side will have to coHoly, however, the City will have to live igith Poolside's access to Jackson. 91 esener asked Poolside to nive consideration to where they place their dugester and asked if they would screen it as 'buch as possible. Fahey reported that a question has arisen with regard to the tenporary addition that was P,ade to the A 9 huilding on 9gice Street and the necessity for frost footings under this addition due to the possible sale of the huildinn.
