Intent. <br />The intent of this article is to regulate <br />dwellings on multiple lots to prevent: <br />(1) A house being left on a substandard <br />undeveloped lots. <br />(2) A house being left without legal fron <br />oped lots between the house and the <br />buildable lot. <br />(3) Substandard, tax- delinquent lots. <br />(Ord.
