Definitions. <br />As used in this article, the following words and <br />have the meanings ascribed to them in this sectio <br />Building: Any structure designed primarily for <br />occupancy, including but not limited to businesse <br />dences and institutions. Building setback. <br />(a) All buildings subject to the provisions of thi ; article and all <br />newly created lots shall be designed to accommoc •te a setback of <br />at least. one hundred (100) feet from a pipeline. <br />(1) The city council may approve a reduced se back where the <br />applicant can prove that there is a unique hardship to the <br />property that prevents the reasonable an practicable de- <br />velopment of the property.
