Hanson <br />At its July 25, 2001 meeting, the Council approved a Planned Unit Development permit allowing <br />construction of an industrial /office complex in the Rice Street /Spruce Street area for Frattalone <br />Excavating (see copy of minutes attached). <br />Given the time that has lapsed since this approval was granted, Frank Frattalone is requesting a [2- <br />month extension of the PUD Permit. City staff would recommend approval of the extension subject <br />to the same conditions that were imposed in the initial approval. <br />
