Hanson <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing the Rezoning from General Business (B -3) to Residential <br />Business (R -B) for certain properties abutting Little Canada Road. <br />PROPERTY LOCATION: <br />316 Little Canada Road <br />328 Little Canada Road <br />331 Little Canada Road <br />334 Little Canada Road <br />335 Little Canada Road <br />336 Little Canada Road <br />339 Little Canada Road <br />347 Little Canada Road <br />349 Little Canada Road <br />350 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at their Thursday, August 8, <br />2002 meeting. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given a Public (tearing will be held by the City Council to review this request on <br />Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at 7:30 p.in., or as soon thereafter as parties may be heard, in the Council <br />Chambers ()Nile City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on <br />Thursday, August 8, 2002 and during the City Council meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2002. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing-impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
