City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 918.040A. OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR CHANGES TO <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE PROVISIONS IN THE I -P, INDUSTRIAL PARK ZONING <br />DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 918.040.A is hereby amended by adding the following: <br />918.040.A. <br />8. No outdoor storage area in the I -P, Industrial Park District <br />shall be located closer to any public street than the required <br />building setback line or the actual constructed line of the <br />building, whichever is farther from the street. <br />9. No outdoor storage area shall include storage of materials <br />that are considered hazardous materials by the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency. <br />10 In side or rear yards, no outdoor storage area in the I -P, <br />Industrial Park District shall be closer to any property line <br />than ten (10) feet. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
