The monthly fee for this service will e $ 163.69, f r which <br />we would invoice the city on a quarterly basis at the e we _forward your <br />franchise fee check. <br />The service includes the following: <br />1. CTV will encode (i.e., record) your televised meetings live from city <br />hall and cablecast them live on Channel 16 and recast them per city's <br />schedule. <br />2. CTV will cablecast on Channel 16 any other programming provided by <br />the city, per city's schedule. <br />3. The city meetings will be linked with agenda items, per timing <br />provided by city producer or staff, and posted to the city's web site. <br />4. If the city desires, CTV will archive the meetings on DVD for future <br />reference. City must pay the cost of the DVD's. (Current prices for DVD's <br />runs between $25 and $30, and they can be used to record approximately 8 <br />hours of programming.) <br />5. CTV will have a master control operator on duty Monday through <br />Thursday from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m. or until the end of the last live event that <br />evening.
