The submittal documents were prepared by Reprise Design and include a site <br />plan, building plan, and a preliminary landscape plan. Based upon our review we would offer <br />the following comments. <br />1. The proposed access points into the parking lots north of the new Market Place <br />Drive are acceptable and can be incorporated into the City's street plan. <br />2. No handicapped parking stalls are shown near Snyder Drug. The City Planner <br />should verify compliance with City parking requirements. <br />3. A utility and grading plan should be submitted along with storm water calculations <br />for review prior to any construction.
