CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following sanitary sewer <br />easement: <br />That part of sanitary sewer easement as recorded in Document No. 1693881 in the <br />office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies within Lot <br />2, Block I, Market Place, according to said plat on file and of record in said office <br />of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing was held on May 22, 2002 before the City Council in the City Center <br />after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a <br />reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and <br />all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon <br />such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove, or otherwise <br />attend thereto; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />It appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate such sanitary sewer <br />easement; <br />7 <br />
