City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902.A. OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS <br />OF TERMS. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 902.A.119 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />119.a. Off- Street Loading Space. A space accessible from the <br />street, alley or way, in a building or on the lot, for <br />the use of trucks while loading or unloading merchandise <br />or materials. Such space shall be of such size as to <br />accommodate one (1) truck of the type typically used in <br />the particular business. <br />119.b. Office Showroom. A commercial land use that is comprised <br />of offices and other indoor floor area in which large or <br />bulk goods are both on display for sale, and being <br />warehoused in the same space. Examples of such uses <br />commonly include furniture, building materials, or other <br />similar uses. Characteristics of such uses include a <br />lack of other on -site warehousing. <br />119.c. Office Warehouse. A commercial land use that is <br />comprised of offices and other indoor space in which <br />materials and equipment are being stored for shipping to <br />other locations for eventual resale or use. Office <br />Warehouse does not include on -site retail sales. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
