SECTION I - MODIFICATION TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 1 <br />Foreword <br />The following text represents a Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area <br />No. 1. This modification represents a continuation of the goals and objectives set forth in the Redevelopment <br />Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 1. Generally, the substantive changes include the removal of three <br />parcels from Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -2 for inclusion with another parcel in the establishment <br />of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 -3. <br />For further information, a review of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 1 <br />recommended. It is available from the City Administrator at the City of Little Canada.
